How do I create an account? You can create an account and get to know 20 Dollar Eval at any time without making a commitment. You’ll even be able to review two people for free. Just scroll up from this page and click Sign Up – it’s on the top right corner of the screen. You’ll need to provide your name, company and email address, and create a password.
Since 20 Dollar Eval is a web-based tool, you get your own URL to access your account. You’ll be asked to provide a unique subdomain name for your account. To make it easy to remember, you can use your company name or a combination of company and department name. For example, if you work for Acme in the accounting department, you might type in “AcmeAcctng” and your URL would be AcmeAcctng.20dollareval.com.
Do I need to pay now? No. It’s free to create your account, and the best part is you get two free report credits to get you started with no risk. Sign up and start building your performance evaluation criteria. Then upload or enter your people to build your evaluation structure. Once you’re ready to launch your evaluation, use your two free review credits. You can purchase additional review credits when you need them.
What is a review credit? Each person you evaluate using 20 Dollar Eval gets an individual report that summarizes and presents results. You use one review credit for each person who is being reviewed. With 20 Dollar Eval, you can create an account for free and you’ll receive two review credits at no charge. In other words, you can use the system to review two people without spending a single dime.
You can sign up, choose or customize your evaluation criteria, upload employees and organize your reporting structure all for free. You don’t need to purchase anything until you are ready to launch performance reviews for additional people beyond your first two.
By the way, your review credits never expire and are available to you for the life of your account.
Can I buy a bunch of review credits then use them as I need them? That’s the idea! In fact, the absolute best value is to buy at least 500 review credits for your account. That way, you save the most money.
Do my review credits expire? Nope. Your account’s review credits are available for the life of your account. Simply use them when you need them. Your report credits only decrease when you launch an evaluation.
